Summary: The Program Manager serves as the Task Order Team Lead, overseeing the Air Force unit’s cybersecurity and operational readiness support contract. This role coordinates all tasks, manages deliverables, and ensures compliance with contract requirements, providing leadership across cybersecurity, software compliance, policy development, and administrative efforts.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily contract administration as Task Order Team Lead.
Oversee STIG scheduling and revalidation efforts.
Manage artifact development and sustainer coordination for compliance.
Supervise enterprise framework and RMF artifact development.
Coordinate security meeting tracking and correspondence.
Manage preparation and submission of contract deliverables.
Ensure deliverables meet performance thresholds for quality and timeliness.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in DoD cybersecurity or IT contracts.
Expertise in contract coordination, deliverable management, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, IA, and software compliance processes.
U.S. citizenship and minimum Secret security clearance.
Completion of annual training: Cyber Awareness, Security Administration, Derivative, Unauthorized Disclosure, Anti-terrorist, OPSEC, safety.
Desired Skills:
Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM.
Experience with Air Force or DoD task orders.
Strong leadership and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
Knowledge of government contracting and deliverable processes.
