OPPORTUNITY

Our Fortune 500 client seeks a Data Analyst (Digital Communications) to join their team initially in a remote contract role, expected to transition to onsite in Detroit, MI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs data analysis, reporting, and implementation of digital data throughout the web and mobile applications

• Supports the digital data team as an analyst on transactions and marketing programs

• Analyzes data from websites and mobile app to help enhance the customer experience

• Develops insights and communicate recommendations across different digital channels

• Gathers requirements to build and maintain reports and dashboards

• Supports weekly and monthly reporting on site performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other relevant analytics tools

• Experience working with Google Data Studio and/or Microsoft Power BI

• Experience working with Screen Capture Tools including FullStory and HotJar

BENEFITS

• Pay range is up to $80-$120K annually ($41 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience)

• Optional participation in benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K)

• Contract opportunity with possible extension or direct hire
