    We are sourcing for two Business Systems Analyst Expert III's, one of which will be the Lead Analyst. The job description for each is noted below and contains Experience Requirements, Degree Requirements and any Industry Certifications Required. All positions will be under a DoD contract and require a Secret Security Clearance. Business Systems Analyst Expert III - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. May lead and direct the work of others. Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.

    Business Systems Analyst Expert III (Lead) - Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 10 or more years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. May lead and direct the work of others.
