Job Title: Production Coordinator - Aerosol

Job Overview

As a Production Coordinator at CyCan Industries, specializing in aerosol manufacturing, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our aerosol manufacturing area. You will collaborate with various departments, including Technical Services, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Executive Management, to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day scheduling in the aerosol manufacturing area.
• Prepare, analyze, and produce production and performance reports as required.
• Control costs to achieve company budget goals.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Executive Management.
• Update paperwork, maintain documents, and perform word processing tasks.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases like fishbowl.
• Ensure a clean work environment, a positive team atmosphere, and compliance with all regulations.
• Document and schedule internal order transfers between facilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma, with some college coursework.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
• Computer proficiency, with skills in Word, Excel, and spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
• Experience with FishBowl a plus.
• Excellent math skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset

Working Conditions:

• On-site, daily presence required.
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment and potentially hazardous materials.
