    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are currently seeking high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individuals who are fitness minded and have a love for community, and our brand! We are a fast-growing Indoor Cycling Franchise looking for individuals who want to grow with us! Our Lead CycleBar Experience Associate delivers the CycleBar experience and drives the team's sales daily.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting directly to the General Manager, the Lead CycleBar Experience Associate (Lead CBX) is a high-energy, passion-filled, and sales-motivated individual who is fitness-minded and has a love for community and our brand. Our Lead CBX acts as an Assistant Manager and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the studio, is passionate about cycling, delivers the best CycleBar experience to clients, and helps to drive daily sales.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific responsibilities and duties of this role include the following:Sales, Membership and Rider Relations

    Execute sales and hospitality process of first-time rider experience, follow up, and close potential members

    Provide top of the line service to all new and existing riders

    Meet/exceed member and retail sales goals assigned by General Manager

    Ensure CBX staff meet goals during their shifts

    Assume responsibility for developing selling skills

    Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

    Increase top line revenue by growing client attendance (new triers) and client retention (frequency)

    Identify new riders in each class and ensure they get special attention by offering new rider packages

    Identify existing customers who are low on their rider packages and help them renew/upsell

    Provide high level customer service to CycleBar clients, handling customer requests or concerns in a positive and timely manner

    Greet all customers entering the studio and develop relationships with recurring riders

    Help drive non-ride revenue (retail sales)

    Operations

    Be the lead and supervise CBX staff

    Help train CBX staff on sales and providing premium level customer service

    Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s)

    Maintain cleanliness of the Cycle studio, bathrooms, lobby, and other common areas

    Assist with managing the weekly schedule for maximum sales/profit (monitoring class attendance)

    Marketing

    Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club

    Maintain brand standards and initiatives

    Assist Studio Manager to execute marketing initiatives, event planning and charity rides within the studio

    Actively engage on CycleBar social media sites

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum one year in a supervisory role

    Minimum one year in a sales role

    Preferred prior Front Desk Sales experience

    Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

    Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people

    Possess leadership ability

    Ability to take on tasks from other leaders on staff

    Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail

    Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

    Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

    Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Must have proficient computer skills

    Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday, early-morning and weekend availability

    Must be able and willing to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance

    Must be willing to clean CycleTheater, Bathrooms, Lobby, etc.

    Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
