Responsibilities: • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred • Willing to obtain AK Real Estate Agent License Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
