The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue on a sales campaign as well as being the liaison between our clients and our sales force. This includes execution against scorecard goals to drive team and campaign results, reporting creation, inspection and analysis, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems for the client and field sales offices.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue on a sales campaign as well as being the liaison between our clients and our salesforce
- Execute against scorecard goals to drive team and campaign results, reporting, creating, inspection and analysis, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems for the client and field sales offices
- Develop and implement motivating sales incentives that drive revenue and productivity
- Train and develop field salesforce
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to identify trends, and drive improved results
- Create presentations for purpose of training or client-facing materials via Powerpoint
- Collaborate with internal team members, with the client, and with the field, to drive sales results and other performance metrics defined on a campaign scorecard
- Contribute to a fun and energizing sales environment through exceptional relationships with the sales team
- Provides excellent customer service, WOWing the field, client, and co-workers with a professional and positive approach, quick response time, and effectiveness at answering their questions
- Proficiency in the sales process by earning sales leadership within 6 months of job acceptance
- An individual will shadow a sales rep and be required to learn the product and process, and sell consistently before moving into further responsibility for managing the national account
- Successfully launch new ICLs, ensuring they are synced with all client and Cydcor support systems and are trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems/procedures
- Ensures that ICLs and reps consistently represent the client accurately and with quality
- Drives ICL performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growth
- Helps with the execution of campaign initiatives, driving and handling follow up support
- Project manage important initiatives or tasks for client and campaign
- Provides regular feedback to management on the status of ICLs and action plan updates
- Field leader capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps to do the same
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of retail management and sales experience
- Must demonstrate natural ability to collaborate well with others in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly fluid environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Sales experience in the home security, retail, software technology, telecommunications, and wireless industries highly desired
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position is remote.
- 60% travel required to the east coast.
