The National Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue on a sales campaign as well as being the liaison between our clients and our sales force. This includes execution against scorecard goals to drive team and campaign results, reporting creation, inspection and analysis, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems for the client and field sales offices
Essential Duties:
- Direct Liaison Between Fortune 500 Client and SalesForce
- Manage local regional or National Sales Campaigns
- Develop and implement motivating sales incentives that drive revenue and productivity
- Train & Develop Field SalesForce
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to identify trends, and drive improved results
- Create presentations for purpose of training or client-facing materials via PowerPoint
- Collaborate with internal team members, with the client, and with the field, to drive sales results and other performance metrics defined on a campaigns scorecard
- Customer and client partner liaison relationship skills
- Contribute to a fun and energizing sales environment through exceptional relationships with the sales team
- Provides regular feedback to management on the status of ICLs and action plan updates
- Field leader; capable of meeting campaign sales & quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps to do the same.
Skill and Experience Requirments:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2-4 years of Sales experience
- Proven ability to sell preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word above-average proficiency
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Passion, Edge, Energy, Execution, and Charisma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing strengths in organization and prioritization
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position. 60-75%+ Travel is required to support sales offices
