Job Description
Cydcor is seeking a Customer Service Specialist Temp to join our team for 4-6months! The purpose of this role is to support the field sales offices through maintaining field compliance according to client & Cydcor requirements, generating/requesting sales codes, fulfilling device orders, returns, and transfers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Device operational support with the field, including kitting and shipping device orders, processing returns and competing transfers through our partner vendor system, etc.,
- Assist field and campaign teams with device logistics (shipment, delivery, device returns, etc.)
- Facilitate the campaign onboarding process including manage campaign requirements for ICL and agent compliance; verify document completion, review screening results, and appeals; restrict the access of non-compliant agents, and answer field questions
- Proactively conduct routine audits to ensure that policies are being followed in the field
- Responsible for generating and entering all new sales codes in the necessary systems, as well as handles related communication with the field ICL’s
- Enforce existing policies and procedures and review periodically to evaluate the effectiveness and offer suggestions for improved results
- Identify non-compliant offices and agents, communicate findings to all appropriate parties, and take corrective measures as necessary, such as fines, office or agent termination, or legal action
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using Microsoft Office-based applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and database software
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet conflict deadlines
- Ability to review, analyze, and synthesize large and complex volumes of information and provide results to both internal and external parties
- Superior auditing skills, risk assessment capabilities, and investigative mindset
- Must be able to exercise attention to detail balanced with a holistic understanding of the bigger picture
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This temp role is a hybrid schdedule:15 - 20 hours in office required the rest of the time can be remote
