HEALTHCARE RECRUITER – 1099

TELECOMMUTE HOME OFFICE. EXCELLENT EARNINGS POTENTIAL.

Cygnet Health Recruiters is a national staffing agency based in Seattle WA. We place healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, medical products and device, home infusion, home health, hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living industries. We are seeking a healthcare recruiter for a new position. Must be able to work from a home office location.

You will be supported with the resources and tools to achieve success. Be part of a high functioning talent acquisition team. This position is offering a base, plus commission - your earnings potential is uncapped.

Requirements for HEALTHCARE RECRUITER – 1099:

• Some college required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work in a faced paced environment. Proven track record of recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Registered Nurses, Dietitians and Sales professionals.
• Excellent ability to communicate/collaborate with hiring managers and executive staff within client organizations
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with sourcing from job boards such as, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Zip Recruiter.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems
