    **Primary Duties and Responsibilities : (This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as may be needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.)
    **

    • Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.
    • Create and verify Sales Orders/Work Orders from Customer purchase orders
    • Understand and be able to explain customer purchase order requirements and specifications.
    • Data entry and monitoring of active PO files.
    • Prepare reports for assigned programs as requested or required.
    • Follow detailed instructions either written or oral.
    • Coordinate with Production Management Manager on schedule changes.
    • Develop knowledge of fabrication processes, scheduling, and internal flow.
    • Understand timelines in part fabrication, processing, and shipping.
    • Obtain quotes for requested materials, supplies, and services.
    • Run errands such as obtaining local supplies, mail pick-ups, and bank deposits, etc.
    • Assist in the maintenance and writing of purchasing and program management procedures.
    • Administer and maintain all contracts related to assigned program(s).
    • Serve as customer contact for Programs, Purchasing, and Cygnus staff.
    • Use good communication skills and assertiveness when working with personnel and buyers.

    Schedule: This is a full-time day shift position - Schedule is a 9/80 pay period. 1st week Mon-Thu 6am-3:30pm & Fri 6am-2:30pm 2nd week Mon-Thu 6am-3:30pm & Fri off
