Title – PMO – Copper/Steel Strategy (475481)
Location – Athens, GA / Syracuse, NY / Charlotte, NC / West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Visa – Any visa
General Profile:
- Establishing Develop Project Plan, Key milestone, and deliverables.
- Establish Project Communication, Review and Governance mechanism.
- Single Point of Contact for communication, coordination, resource planning and Project risk & Status
- Responsible for conducting daily stand-up, update & Sprint review meetings.
Job and Responsibilities:
- 10+ Years of experience with sourcing and Supply chain activities for HVAC products
- Familiar with Heating ventilation and Refrigeration products procurement
- Perform spend analysis (If required) to arrive the list of products /Parts for cost containments.
- Cost and Technical feasibility study for alternate components /materials
- Compare and identify opportunities based on the inputs provided.
- Part/Supplier rationalization, alternate sourcing, Localization and NPD
- Setting targets and priorities to the stake holders
- Validating and analyze supplier quotes and other repots sent by supplier /Team.
- Supplier validation and consideration in terms of cost analysis
- Identify key Reporting requirements for various business departments/categories.
- Responsible for providing financial support for planning and control and P&L management, considerations and reporting of financial results.
- Detailed report by factory location of all parts (Across categories) to be moved from supplier A to supplier B and or add supplier C, D as alternate sources.
- Expertise in cost saving, engineering analysis and project management
- PMP- Project management skills , Scouting opportunities for cost saving through all desired categories (Copper, Steel)
- Indices knowledge, RM pricing knowledge
- Dealing with Project owners , attending major steering committee meetings, and plan deliverables accordingly
