Deco West, Inc. is hiring an on-site cylindrical screen printer in Las Vegas.

You will run cylindrical screen presses on glass, mugs, and drinkware. We print ceramic enamel and organic inks. We train our machines and process. You need production habits and enough mechanical sense to handle basic press care without waiting for a supervisor on every stop.

This is a production operator job. It is not facility maintenance and not graphic design.

Pay: $16 to $19 per hour. $16 to start with no press experience. Higher start only if you have proven screen-print experience. Overtime after 40 hours in a workweek.

What you will do

Set up and run cylindrical screen presses: screens, registration, squeegee, flood, rotation, and count

Print on straight and tapered glass, mugs, and drinkware

Hold registration around the cylinder and keep quality consistent through the run

Do basic press care: clean, lube marked points, check air, change squeegees, report problems

Read the work order and match color, placement, and quantity before you start

Keep the station clean, handle screens correctly, and count scrap

Wear required PPE, including a respirator when the process requires it, and complete annual fit testing

What this is not

Building, lehr, or forklift maintenance as the main job

Graphic design or customer service

A t-shirt shop job (apparel print experience can transfer; this work is glass and drinkware)

What you need

Reliable attendance and the ability to stay on a machine for a full shift

Ability to stand, handle glass safely, and follow written work orders

Willingness to learn cylindrical printing on site in Las Vegas

Willingness to work overtime when a job is on the production schedule

Willingness to wear PPE and follow shop safety rules

Screen print on a cylinder, bottle, mug, or glass

Flatbed, pad print, or automatic press time

Ceramic or organic ink on drinkware
