    LOCATION: California, U.S.

    JOB TYPE: FTE W2 Employee

    SALARY: $96,000/ year + Commission On Sales Closure + Benefits

    WORK AUTHORIZATION: USC/GC Only.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Business Development Manager to act as a link between our solution development team and client. If you are result oriented, confident with proven track record is to find new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and building relationships with clients on a regular basis across the development lifecycle ensuring smooth delivery of projects and day to day project management activities. The sales person would need to develop a sales plan aligned to business plans of consortium companies meet the targeted goals on defined periods. As consortium companies are technology powerhouse, it is required that the sales person quickly assimilate various solutions specific or opportunistic by learning the right positions of the portfolio with the client to interact.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.  Presentation of our company to potential customers.

     Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers.  Proactive search for new business opportunities in the market.  Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.  Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.  Willing to cold call the customer and find prospects for products  Manage demo equipment’s and its movements to different customers  Use various channels of campaigns internally / externally for effective promotion.  Ability to engage with prospective customers for any technical / technological explanation/ queries for effective client engagement.

    FOR THIS ROLE WE VALUE:  8+ Years of Experience.  5+ years relevant experience  Good communicator and able to present both Technical and non-Technical information.  Exceptional presentation; facilitation; communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to explore new customer base globally.  Strong background in global Sales and relationship management  Demonstrated experience in taking thought leadership to clients; solving business problems; coordinating with different teams to build solutions and proposals to take to clients.
