We are looking for XACTLY SYSTEM SPECIALIST - REMOTE / TELECOMMUTE for our client in SAN JOSE, CA

JOB TITLE: XACTLY SYSTEM SPECIALIST - REMOTE / TELECOMMUTE

JOB LOCATION: SAN JOSE, CA

JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ONGOING REPORTING REQUESTS FROM OUR INCENTIVE COMP SYSTEM, I.E. XACTLY, USING XACTLY ANALYTICS (OBIEE) AND/OR XACTLY CONNECT AND UAT TESTING, WHICH MAY INCLUDE:

• Creating test scripts and executing them.
• Testing of new incentive compensation plans within Xactly Incent.
• Testing of new data integration configuration.
• Testing any system changes or enhancements to the commission system.

SKILLS:

• Experience with Xactly Incent or a similar incentive compensation management application required.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills preferred.
• 3+ years of sales compensation administration experience or related field/function.
• 2+ years reporting / analytics experience.
• Previous work experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis.
• Solid experience working with systems, process improvements, and automation.
• Experience writing testing scripts and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Technology System Administrator or related field of study, preferably with a strong analytical background.
