We are looking for Canadian Payroll Specialist - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

Pay Range $78.41hr - $83.41hr

• Manage Canadian semimonthly monthly and biweekly payroll processes; prepare payroll submissions for outsourced providers, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls.
• Data entry for the Canadian payrolls.
• Review and coordinate New Hire Data submitted by HR for proper employee date, work location, & tax location data.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee tax withholdings.
• Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure the processing of payrolls.
• Process special payroll payments.
• Complete Canadian statutory filings (workers comp, T4s, T2200, etc).
• Contact provincial and local Canadian agencies to resolve filing issues.
• Ad Hoc reporting to support the larger group.
