POSITION TITLE: IT Technician II

SALARY: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 D.O.E POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technician is responsible for providing level I/II technical support to company end users and information systems. The Technician will provide support in a hybrid environment between cloud and on-premise infrastructure, to include installs, maintenance, testing, repairs, technical documentation, shipping, receiving, tracking distributed assets and maintain inventory control. The canidate should have strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting/diagnostic, research, communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors (or 5+ years of experience) in an Information Technology related field.
• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-103 or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be organized, proactive and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Windows 10
• Familiar with cloud environments
• Familiar with Azure/Intune/Office365 products

PREFERRED:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Ability to safely use ladders and lifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
