Job Title: Therapists
Responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform massage and/or body treatments
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, while offering a high level of service.
Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
Assist in all areas of the operations as requested by Spa Manager
To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel
Provides efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out
Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Flexibility is needed to work a variety of shifts
Massage Therapy License is required
Education and/or Experience
Experience in a resort or wellness related field. Current Louisiana Massage Therapy license
