STUDIO DATA ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an experienced data administrator with a strong knowledge of the film and TV industry ecosystem! The ideal candidate has a passion for film and TV, a background in production and knowledge of international production practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Input production-related data into database platforms
• Transition data from legacy applications to current applications
• Stress-test applications that have been developed in-house
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between applications
• Ability to disambiguate duplicate talent, crew, vendors, and titles

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly curious
• Clear and concise communicator
• Ability to maintain attention to detail with projects involving a high volume of manual tasks
• 2 years experience in a production environment
• Ability to make judgment calls in the face of ambiguity
• Proficiency working with spreadsheets and data sets
• Experience with a variety of data management tools, including web applications (Salesforce, Airtable, Filemaker Pro) and Google Suite
• Experience with industry data tools (Studio System, IMDB, Variety Insight)
• Deep knowledge of cast, crew, production departments, agencies, production companies, studios and vendors
• Flexible amid an ever-changing and growing environment
• Multi-lingual is a plus 
• Experience working with engineering teams is a plus
