SOFTWARE ENGINEER, PRODUCT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will work along-side Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other Engineers (Data Engineering, Data Science, etc).
• You will work with consumer/dependency owners for design review and sign-off.
• Develop easy-to-use, scalable, robust, high volume interactive client/server applications
• Take part in design meetings and ask clarifying questions to fully understand customer scenarios and requirements.
• Code with Vue.JS and other JavaScript libraries and have an outstanding command over HTML, and CSS
• Be a technical leader within your software feature, mentor and share knowledge with the rest of the engineering team. 
• Improve performance to handle rapid increase in user base
• Launch new code weekly with our fast release cycles
• Participate in weekly code reviews
• Owning the release of the server and client in a rotation as release engineer
• Looking to own and support features past delivery and through their full life-cycle.

REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of engineering experience 
• CS Degree preferred 
• Python, Django, JavaScript, Vue.JS, NoSQL, Google Cloud and Google App Engine.
• Ambition to face complex engineering problems, create cloud-based features in a full-stack capacity and love taking features from design to production.
