BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA
EMPLOYEES: 600
REPORTS TO: Director, Internal Systems
TEAM SIZE: 10

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AND WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED:
- Information gathering, business process analysis, creating documentation, supporting and testing internal business systems/applications
- Managing, researching, and implementing new systems for customer success and sales teams
- Administering, configuring, and integrating systems, pulling reports and analyzing data
- Analyzing internal/business systems and user needs, working cross-functionally to design and improve processes and systems
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to ensure requirements are translated to achieve the correct results
- Working in an Agile/Scrum set up, designing and administering UAT sessions
- Maintaining backlog of feature requests, communicating status to end users, tracking and analyzing features for prioritization
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on business systems/applications
- Experience working with platforms like Totango, Gainsight, Natero, Bolstra, Salesforce, Marketo, ServiceNow, NetSuite,
- Strong technically, able to be hands on with applications and platforms as an administrator
- Experience implementing new business systems and being hands-on during the process
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience supporting sales and customer success teams and their corresponding tools/platforms – LMS, forecasting tools, communication/collaboration tools
ROLE GROWTH: The next step for this position would be a senior analyst role
TRAVEL: Very limited
REMOTE FLEXIBILITY: Company is currently and remote and will be for a while. Post-COVID, will likely be a mixture of remote working and working from the local office in Sunnyvale (or Atlanta)
