    SOLUTIONS ANALYST, TALENT 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform daily administrative functions and projects for Talent Management.  Manages service requests to ensure operational needs are prioritize and completed timely.
    • Promote a culture of quality work throughout the organization.
    • Assist HR information systems functions, talent program managers and technology specialists. Fulfill talent related data requests including, but not limited to, surveys, RFP, regulatory and compliance reports, performance, workforce analytics, metrics reports, office profiles, mail matrix, and regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports.  
    • Manage intranet portal for Talent Management policies, programs, services, and other information.  Assist in testing for Workday module/features implementation and semi-annual releases.
    • Solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. May lead functional teams or projects.
    • Provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions.  Processes transactions related to Performance Review, Merit and Bonus cycle, Open Enrollment, On-Campus Interviews, Summer Associate Onboarding, Incoming Associate Recruitment, Attorney Registrations, Electronic Personnel Files, Bar Affidavits, Attorney Bios, Job Change requests, Compensation Change requests, Verification of Employment, and requests related to on/off boarding of Firm resources.
    • Recommend standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. Perform internal Talent Management audits for compliance and accuracy of data. Develop audit schedule, summarizes findings, make recommendations for improvement in procedures, make data corrections as necessary.

     

    REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years’ experience utilizing Workday
    • Shared Services
    • Strong job longevity and communication skills
    • Bachelor’s in human resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields; or equivalent work experience (preferred);
    • At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role in the legal industry
    • Proven experience in implementing technology solutions and/or process improvements projects.
