Position Title: Lead Network Penetration Test Engineer
Project Title: Annual Penetration Testing
Contract Term: 3 Years Contract/ Full-time onsite – Local candidates preferred.
Objectives:
The consultant will conduct penetration testing on approximately 60,000 devices and 24,000 users. These devices include, but are not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, switches, firewalls, WIFI access points, IoT and public-facing systems. One countywide report (on-premise/cloud), eight specific entity reports will be selected for focused penetration testing.

Deliverables & Knowledge Transfer:
• The consultant will provide comprehensive reports of findings, artifacts of the compromise, clean-up and prioritized recommendation on how to resolve and or mitigate any identified weakness.
• The consultant will provide documentation of the cleanup and destruction of obtained county data.
• The consultant will participate in a post engagement meeting with the SCC team to discuss findings, compromise Tactics, Techniques and Procedures clean-up and recommendations.
• The consultant will provide a work plan timeline for completion of project milestones
