    Title: ORACLE FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT CONSULTANT

    Location: Riverside Transit, California

    Contract: 5 Years Contract

    (Local Candidate) 10 years plus experience

    OBJECTIVE

    The primary objective is to provide functional support for issues related to Oracle EBS, Discoverer, APEX, and APEX Office Print (AOP), including, but not limited to, issues with reports, forms, workflow, printing, integration between Oracle EBS and Hexagon EAM, and lists of values.

    Responsibilities:

    Contractor shall be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS, Discoverer, APEX, and APEX Office Print (AOP), including, but not limited to, issues with reports, forms, workflow, printing, and lists of values. Contractor shall provide support for modifications to the existing environment, including, but not limited to, modifications to reports, forms, workflow, printing, and lists of values. Contractor shall provide support for troubleshooting issues with integration between Oracle EBS and Hexagon EAM Cloud via SFTP file transfer. RTA is in the process of updating the integration to an API-based integration, following EAM best practices. Once in place, contractor shall provide support for troubleshooting issues with integration between Oracle EBS and Hexagon EAM Cloud via API integration

    Minimum Experience:

    • 10+ years of previous experience as a functional support provider.

    • 10+ years of previous experience with Oracle EBS in an OCI environment.

    • 10+ years of previous experience with APEX and Discoverer reporting environments.

    • 10+ years of previous experience with Hexagon EAM interface (or equivalent) via SFTP or Contractor best practices.
