Here's a closer look at this key role: As a Finance & Business Intelligence Analyst at Cytracom you will be looked to as the “analytic engine” for a thriving organization! Working directly with our executive leadership team you will assist in driving key business decisions by uncovering and presenting accurate and relevant data for a variety of departments. In this role you will be working with our various models/analyses, budgeting processes, and KPIs.                                                                                                                                  Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support the executive leadership team, as well as other key stakeholders
• Analyze large data sets of structured, semi-structured ,unstructured data to discover data insights
• Work with leadership to create, maintain, and define KPIs across all organizational departments
• Analyze current and past trends of organizational KPIs, monitoring and highlighting material changes
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic organizational initiatives
• Oversee Budgeting and Financial Forecasting processes
• Manage front-end of BI tool (Looker)
• Design interactive visualizations that enhance analytics storytelling and communicate business performance
• Prepare and effectively present your findings to business stakeholders, including executive management in a concise fashion.
• Provide feedback and assessment on data interpretation methods

  Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role
• 3+ years of experience working with multiple stakeholders, across several organizational units
• Strong SQL/database understanding
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information across various areas of a business
• Experience with a visualization tool to build reports and dashboards (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as partner with others and work well within a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adhere to deadlines
• Must be adaptable, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
