Here's a closer look at this key role:

The Account Fulfillment Specialist position plays an important role in providing an exceptional customer experience when working with Cytracom. The team of Account Fulfillment Specialists works together to deliver our services and hardware how, when, and where they are needed. The Account Fulfillment Specialists support our customers and partners by creating new accounts, processing add-on orders, and provisioning and shipping hardware. This person helps to make the transition to Cytracom a pleasant experience for our partners and customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate exclusively with internal stakeholders, supporting other departments throughout the organization that are responsible for all external-facing communication
• Process orders involving new account creation, add-ons, and warranty following SOP
• Manage and track inventory 
• Conduct monthly inventory check 
• Prepare shipments in a timely manner
• Process RMAs and adjust inventory following SOP 
• Maintain clean and orderly provisioning room 
• Process account upgrades, extension conversations, and invoice adjustments following 
• Expedite order processing for strategic accounts meeting documented requirements

Requirements:

• Higher education or 1 year of recent customer service experience
• Able to lift up to 30lbs
• Self-motivated and self-starter- be a 'go-getter'
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys and works well on a team
