    As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Cytracom your job is continue delighting our partners and customers with software which effectively delivers on our brand promise to make communication simple. You will work closely with development and product teams to release and maintain new features without compromising on quality. As a member of this team you will need to understand and apply quality methods/practices to ensure on-time delivery of high quality projects, with a primary objective of building test automation aligned with Cytracom's Test Automation Strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure Cytracom software meets expectations for functionality by defining and performing manual and automated testing to quantify software quality.
    • Build and contribute to test automation frameworks and associated test codes to ensure code quality
    • Design, code, and maintains automated tests.
    • Run automated tests & regression tests, analyzing results, reporting bugs, etc.
    • Responsible for quantifying and tracking software defects and assisting in completing corrective actions.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years' of recent experience working as Software Development Engineer in Test software (SDET)
    • 3+ years' of recent automation testing experience required
    • 2+ years' of mobile testing required
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
    • Diligence in organization to manage software lifecycle
    • Demonstrate ability to use engineering techniques to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve software testing issues.
    • Willingness to learn and perform quality assurance tasks beneficial to team.
    • Ability to define complex test scenarios and execute QA testing to prove functionality of software per requirements.
