    Reporting directly to the CEO the VP of Inside Sales is responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and developing an inside channel sales team to help Cytracom dominate our space! If you are a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment and have a passion for building, perfecting, and optimizing sales processes we want to talk to you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for operating and optimizing the overall sales process of onboarding new partners, ensuring they sell their first deal and nurturing the relationship for subsequent opportunities.
    • Attract, train, develop and retain inside sales team members.
    • Responsible for representing the sales function to the executive team.
    • Ensure the sales team is coming to work everyday with purpose, energy and a clear sense of the task at hand.
    • Deliver on Key Performance Metrics within inside sales, including prospecting, engagement, sales, and retention.
    • Hitting partner NPS score targets.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience in leading and building inside sales organizations.
    • Self-starter with a proven ability to create, manage, and deliver sales from an inside sales organization.
    • A strong passion for revenue and growth.
    • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
