The Technical Communications Specialist will be responsible for curating and creating content for the Cytracom Help Center, working cross-functionally to create documentation to enable knowledge transfer, and managing confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Curating/creating content for the Cytracom help center.
• Updating marketing process and procedures in Confluence.
• Working with engineering, product, and support to document processes and procedures to enable knowledge transfer.
• Manage Confluence and work with all departments to streamline and provide consistency across the platform.
