    As a Partner Training Sales Specialist at Cytracom your job is to fulfill our promise of VoIP made simple by helping new partners understand our people, our process, and our product. In this role you will empower the partner by becoming their education specialist from the time they sign a new partner agreement to getting an opportunity registered. You will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Cytracom's UCaaS offerings by enabling our technologies, demonstrating scalable solutions, and decrease time to value for our partners and clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide new partners through partner success process with a constant commitment to our brand promise of VoIP Made Simple
    • Consistent outreach and follow-up with new partners who have not had new partner meeting
    • Develop best practices and train partners on customer recruitment & onboarding
    • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner satisfaction
    • Help to constantly improve and expand new partner recruitment and onboarding
    • Create and drive business plans with new partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
    • Manage open deals with clear and identifiable next steps and accurate expected close date forecasts

     

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a software company, ideally in the SaaS space
    • Experience working with partners and resellers is highly preferred, but not required
    • Ability to develop and sustain strong business relationships
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape
    • Ability to understand client's business needs and recommend solutions that meet them
