Responsibilities: 

• Develop and apply expert-level knowledge of Cytracom interfaces and provisioning processes
• Answer incoming calls and customer service inquires 
• Process account and provisioning requests, such as adding, modifying and deleting user and group accounts
• Assist customers through ticketing system and phone communication
• Document appropriate detail in request tickets and tracking systems
• Facilitate timely, accurate and complete administration/processing of end user requests
• Process customer payments
• Learn and accurately represent Cytracom products and services

Requirements

• BS or BA degree
• Experience working in a fast paced environment 
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks (e.g., provisioning multiple new accounts or users throughout day for multiple days in a row)
• Self-starter who is motivated with desire to learn.
• Ability to follow specific, complex directions for provisioning continuity
• Energetic, customer service focused personality
