As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Cytracom you will work with senior leadership across the organization to help drive revenue growth strategies within marketing, channel development, and sales, supporting efforts to expand the revenue of our partners and customers as we scale into our next phase of rapid growth! With a heavy focus on marketing and sales efficiency, this position is responsible for forecasting, business performance tracking, trend analysis, and strategy enhancement techniques to improve productivity and accountability among teams!
This position demands critical thinking, a strong bias to data-driven decisions, and a high-level understanding of processes and procedures that drive a successful sales operations organization. You will execute tracking, reporting, analysis, and will develop insights by having a thorough understanding of the data sources, systems and business processes. You will execute continuous process improvement by refining growth and retention tactics based on results and learning indicators.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain processes to analyze, optimize and accelerate ongoing business growth and retention initiatives.
Develop and advocate for business objectives and strategies to drive revenue
Build and maintain robust dashboards in data visualization platforms for customer acquisition efforts to drive marketing optimization and sales efficiency
Establish, track and monitor metrics, activities, and results against goals
Create processes to drive collaboration between sales, marketing, channel, and success teams and eliminate silos between these departments
Implement operating rules of engagement across all teams to ensure cross-functional coordination, revenue recognition, and alignment of KPI's
Provide data-driven analysis, business understanding, and strategic insights to department leaders
Proactively identify process gaps to help drive closed-loop reporting from Leads to Revenue in order to facilitate faster sales cycles, define ideal sales processes, and measure ROI from various campaigns and initiatives
Lead independent efforts with key stakeholders to implement KPI reporting and work through data and data sources to support reporting needs.
Perform ROI analysis as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Utilize SQL and Looker to create or assist others in building dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insight into operational results and trends.
Analyze and recommend commission structure and incentive compensation plans across the sales and marketing organization for revenue-generating roles.
Continuously track and analyze promotions and incentives to partners, customers, and prospects.
Select the technology and tools needed for the revenue teams, helping employees understand how to use tools (IE: CRM) at each stage of the customer journey
