Summary
Role Context :
SRE team is responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning for services in Azure and AWS.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate should SME on Azure and worked on Cloudera implementation/migration to Azure.
- Experience in writing ARM templates
- Experience in big data platforms (Hadoop, Cloudera, HDInsights, EMR, etc)
- Knowledge of Network services, routing (VPC, VNET, Arista, Express route, Direct connect, etc)
- Strong working knowledge of modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines (Agile, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Artifactory)
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-7 years production-level experience with applications at scale in Azure(Must). Knowledge in AWS good to have. )
- 2+ years of experience with migration projects from on-premise to Azure cloud
- Experience with git, chef, Jenkins, Hadoop, and Cloudera
- Familiar with auto-scaling, block storage, V Neck config C/CD
