    We are seeking a California licensed Insurance Agent - Renewal Account Manager. Our Account Managers are responsible for all aspects of servicing their assigned book of business to include:

    ·        Marketing, quoting and presenting renewal quotes; ·        Responding to customer inquiries; ·        Educating clients regarding insurance coverage; ·        Requesting and processing changes to policies; ·        Preparing Proposals, Insurance Binders, Certificates of  Insurance; ·        Cross-selling for additional lines of business (one-time commission paid for new coverage lines placed for current clients); ·        Following up on Loss Control Recommendations; ·        Assisting Accounting with resolution of billing/payment issues; ·        Upkeep of files, data management system and time management/organizational tools; ·        Answering phones; ·        Preparing Loss Notices, reporting claims and assisting in resolution for assigned clients.

    WE OFFER: ·        Hourly rate based on experience; ·        100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage (employee only) - after probation period; ·        Vacation accrual - after probation period; ·        Annual Continuing Education reimbursement (capped); ·        Biennial P & C license renewal fee paid; ·        Potential for bonuses.

    REQUIREMENTS: ·        Current California Property and Casualty Insurance License A MUST; ·        8 YEARS MINIMUM of commercial insurance service experience; ·        High School Diploma (some college or degree desirable but not required); ·        Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel a must); ·        Ability to multi-task required; ·        Excellent written and oral communication skills; ·        Experience with online rating systems; ·        Data Entry required (data management system).
