As a Diversity and Inclusion intern, you will take on responsibilities similar to those of a diversity and inclusion community partner, giving you a firsthand look at a specialist in community impact and workforce initiatives. A mentor will be assigned to guide and support you throughout the internship. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in company events and community volunteer activities.
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in drafting and delivering communications, reports and surveys requiring research, analysis and evaluation, and quantitative and qualitative research, ensure grammatical and stylistic accuracy, conformance with established procedures and factual correctness in all correspondence.
Coordinate various meetings (internal and external) by sending meeting notices, communicating to attendees, registration, invitations, meeting agendas, preparation of handout materials, event follow up, etc.
Assist with research and outreach to community partners.
Promote Knutson Construction through community involvement and deliver The Knutson Experience.
Currently enrolled in an accredited college and pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

Respond to and complete all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
