If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! We are looking for a licensed Real Estate agent for our rapidly growing team. As a showing agent, you will be getting paid to learn by a top San Diego Real Estate Agent closing 40-50 deals per year. As a showing agent, you will work with buyers while learning how to manage a transaction from start to finish, learn how to work with contractors to flip homes, and how to build a business to ensure 15 closings per year. Responsibilities: Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Can spend a large amount of time driving Present yourself in a professional manner Compensation: $2,000
