    HIRING MULTIPLE CANDIDATES Real Estate Buyer's Agent - Full Time Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Buyer’s Agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Copy and Paste the link below to view The D-One Realty Team's Value Proposition https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fMuU9b2T2tsKlQF8uyn5SDAjjNQE7L2_/view?usp=sharing Compensation: Full Commission Role with targeted income of $80,000 - $120,000 or more Responsibilities: • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process • Spend time each day generating leads to maintain and grow your book of business • Host a minimum of two open houses per month to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • The agent should bring a database of 100 or more clients - Preferred but not required • Active Real Estate License for 1 year or more - Required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ at plan commission
