    Do you have drive, a get it done attitude, and a track record of success in an administrative role? We are hiring a driven real estate executive assistant to support the supervising broker and carry out administrative tasks. You will serve as a liaison between the agents and clients and be responsible for screening and conveying relevant messages, making appointments, and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safekeeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked, and working with other departments when necessary. Candidates should be self-starters, resourceful, quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience as an EA in Real Estate or a relevant field. Responsibilities: • Obtain Real Estate License within six months of joining The D-One Realty Team (All associated cost will be covered) • Build a Bunker so agents can work on Business Growth activities (My Top 20%) • Manage email and phone traffic • The first point of contact for client inquiries • Complete task from email and phone traffic and prioritize • Database Management - Collect client information, keep database fully updated, nurture clients and set listing appointments and buyer consultations • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and models - Manual to include all useful tools and go-to resources, meticulous organization • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Secure reviews to be posted to various platforms • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Weekly status calls on current listing clients • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry-specific training • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Creative Problem Solving - Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and problems, (sixth sense) effectively troubleshoot, solve problems • Strong ability to improvise and keep things going smoothly • Solution driven • Tech savvy - High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MailChimp, SEO for Social Media Marketing, Google Suite Marketing experience – Print and web-based utilizing Publisher and Canva for mailings and social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, LinkedIn and Facebook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail • Writing sample will be requested • Proper etiquette and emotional intelligence • Leaning based, concerned about doing things the right way, pride in work product, calm under pressure • Big thinker, optimistic, goal-oriented Bonus Qualifications • Prior Real Estate experience • Command Experience • MLS Experience • Bilingual = English + Spanish or English + Vietnamese Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000+ Bonuses
