Job Description
We are looking for a full-time (but would consider part-time) licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with Personal Lines experience and some Commercial Experience to service our accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for retirees or other experienced individuals at a 25 hour per week minimum. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for offering information and advice to our customers. Common tasks include doing paperwork, answering phone calls, handling mail, recommending claim actions and updating insurance records as well as assisting the producers with the application process and rating proposals.
