    Full Job Description

    The Front Desk Manager makes calls, answers questions, and schedules appointments. Also greets members and is responsible for client accounts upon check-in. The Front Desk Manager should be knowledgeable about sports and fitness and willing to learn as this role presents future growth.

    This position involves:

    Taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations.

    Light book-keeping

    Lead generation and nurturing of both paid and organic leads

    Managing our lead housing software as well as owning and managing our lead sheets

    Customer service and conflict resolution to ensure member retention

    Must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment

    Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications as well as familiar with point of sales systems, CRM tools, and email marketing systems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1+ years of Fitness Industry Sales Experience

    1+ years of Business Operations Experience

    1+ years of Social Media Experience
