Are you ready to be a pivotal part of a company's digital transformation? We're looking for a dedicated Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage and optimize the D365 platform, which is critical for enhancing digital presence and customer engagement at a CAT dealer. This is more than just an admin role; it's an opportunity to ensure the smooth implementation, maintenance, and performance of a platform that is essential for dealership operations. You'll directly impact operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and business continuity.

    Why this role?

    • Lead from the front: You'll set up and manage Lifecycle Services (LCS) projects, including defining methodologies and tracking tasks. You'll monitor progress and update project milestones to ensure the implementation stays on schedule.

Drive change: You'll handle change requests from various departments, assess their impact on the system, and implement changes in a controlled manner.

    • Ensure quality and continuity: You'll create comprehensive governance frameworks for test plans. You'll also perform regression and performance testing to ensure the system meets the required standards before deployment.

    • Work with key partners: You'll collaborate closely with partners like NAXT and Microsoft teams to ensure the D365 platform and related satellite systems are set up correctly and issues are resolved promptly.

    • Shape the future: This role is essential for ensuring the dealership's digital tools are optimized and performing efficiently, ultimately driving operational success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Your initial focus will be on LCS project setup, user access and permissions, environment management, and issue tracking. After go-live, you'll shift to change management, testing and quality assurance, and managing code updates and integrations.

You're a strong match if you have:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure platforms.
    •
    • Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and environment management.
    •
    • The ability to identify, track, and resolve issues using LCS tools.
    •
    • Excellent communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
    •
    • Experience in project setup and management.
    •
    • Experience with DevOps, Agile Development Management, and CI/CI pipelines.

Physical Demands: This role is primarily office-based, but some travel is required. You must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.

    • Other requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must, with no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years.

  • Compensation
    $120,000 per year
