    What You Will Be Doing

    As a pivotal member of the IT department, you will collaborate with business liaisons, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and execute mission-critical tasks. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, optimizing sales and service processes while supporting our enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, service, procurement, and operations teams to elicit and document business requirements.

    • Process Optimization: Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365.

    • Functional Specification: Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.

    • Solution Lifecycle: Support the end-to-end implementation of sales and service projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment.

    • Documentation & Training: Create user guides and lead training sessions to ensure high adoption of new systems.

    • Post-Go-Live Support: Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and propose enhancements to maximize ROI in the D365 ecosystem.

    • Platform Integration: Work within the broader Microsoft stack, including Power BI, PowerApps, and Azure-related products.

    Who We Are Looking For

    We are seeking a highly organized professional with a proven track record as a Functional or Business Analyst. You should have a strong grasp of finance, sales, or service processes and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement). You must be a team player who can work independently while remaining aligned with departmental goals.

    Education & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Experience: Proven experience in functional analysis within ERP environments or customer-centric business projects.

    Required Skills

    • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (CE, F&O, or SCM).

    • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.

    • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

    • Adaptability: A proactive learner who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced IT environment.

    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
