Part-Time Office Administrator
DACK Consulting, a reputable Westchester based Construction Consulting firm, is seeking a sharp and dynamic Administrator who possesses a strong desire to grow with a reputable team. The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter with an interest in the Construction industry. Essential Duties: - Assist with daily operations and miscellaneous tasks as needed. - Provide accommodations as needed in multiple departments, including Engineering, Front Desk, and Property Management. - Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying for specific departments. - Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. - Manage calendars/ schedules for various departments. Essential Skills: - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, professional services environment. - Consistently demonstrate a highly professional work ethic and be a team player with a willingness to take initiative to solve problems. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Tech-savvy; Proficient computer knowledge within MAC & PC. - Multi-task, manage time efficiently, and shift priorities quickly.
