The Dailylook Client Service department is a key factor in DailyLook's success! The Client Service team is responsible for the overall member experience and strives to ensure our agents are providing our clients with the highest level of service in the industry. We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who truly enjoys interacting with customers, rises to any challenge, and is a self-starter!
THE CLIENT SERVICES DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Answer customers' questions regarding specific orders, store credit history, tracking shipments, and cancellations.
Retention - Retaining clients who may be thinking of canceling.
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with all concerns in a professional manner.
Communicate with CS supervisor to correct and proactively address customer complaints/issues.
Assist customers via live chat, and emails.
Partners with stylists via email to resolve customer concerns.
Utilize various resources to log customer feedback and research complaints and inquiries.
