We are looking to hire 3 dance instructors.
If you are an Athlete, Customer Service Superstar, Dancer, Host/Hostess, Barista, or if you throw really great house parties... you may be just what we are looking for.
We are looking for someone who would call themselves a "people person". Dance experience is great, but the people skills are key.

If selected, you will get an invitation to attend an in-person audition at our studio.
(Don't worry if you don't know how to dance, we'll help you with this part)
From there, we will bring in the best "people-people" for interviews.
Once hired, you will be immersed in a Paid Training Program.
When ready, you will be transitioned into an instructor role and be able to teach private lessons and group classes

Join our vibrant team at Arthur Murray in Parkland, FL, as a Dance Instructor! This exciting opportunity allows you to share your passion for dance while helping students of all ages and skill levels discover the joy of movement.
Responsibilities:
Instruct students in various dance styles, including ballroom, Latin, and social dance.
Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student goals.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance student performance.
Lead group classes and workshops to foster a sense of community.
Assist with studio events and competitions to showcase student progress.
Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the studio.
Continuously improve personal dance skills and teaching techniques.
Promote studio services and engage with potential students.
Requirements:
Previous dance experience in various styles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and positive demeanor with a passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Certification from a recognized dance institution is a plus.
Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
