PROBATE ESTATE & TRUST ATTORNEY – ROYAL OAK, MI
The Probate Pro (www.TheProbatePro.com), a division of the Darren Findling Law Firm, PLC, is a growing probate, estate planning, and elder law firm with offices in Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and Ohio. The Probate Pro seeks an attorney for its Royal Oak, MI office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling conservatorship and guardianship matters from start to finish
Administration of deceased estates and trusts
Experience preparing wills, trusts, advanced medical directives, powers of attorney
All aspects of file ownership including client interaction, research, writing, and court appearance
Manage clients’ expectations and return all calls within one (1) business day
Regular court appearances in the Metro Detroit area and Statewide
