    We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and inspired technologist for the role of Scrum Master. As a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Professional, you will help manage project scope to ensure delivery compliance and scope commitment. You will serve as a Lean-Agile Coach ensuring the team is working toward the Agile, SAFe, and DevOps principles. You will lead all Scrum ceremonies while tracking and managing the product backlog, velocity, burndown metrics, and task alignment. Your goal will be to continually foster a culture of relentless improvement enabling the team to innovate new ways to increase quality and reduce cycle time while enhancing the team's ability to meet and exceed their commitments.

    Responsibilities

    • Be a Lean-Agile Coach ensuring the team is working toward the Agile, SAFe, and DevOps principles
    • Work alongside Product Owners, managing the team's backlog to aid in Story definition and priority
    • Track metrics so that we have reliable data to understand our progression while helping to determine how best we can improve
    • Escalate and/or resolve impediments to help your team ship code on regular intervals
    • Update Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlogs to measure and monitor against the team's commitments
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure the timely delivery of project
    • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership promptly

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of demonstrated Scrum Master and/or Product Owner experience
    • Hands-On experience with implementing Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Scaled Agile
    • Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong Project Management skills and understanding/comprehension of technical engineering concepts
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development processes, software testing, and documentation
    • Ability to comprehend detailed project specifications as well as the ability to adapt to various technologies and simultaneously work on multiple projects
    • Prior Start-Up experience, preferred
    • Automotive and Digital Marketing Industry experience, preferred

    Education

    One of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university
    • Advanced technical education from a recognized program
    • Demonstrated technical knowledge and equivalent work experience
