DRYWALL/STUCCO/DECK COATING

Job Description: Requires knowledge of drywall, stucco and deck coating.

Minimum of 5 years experience required. *Local candidates only. No relocations accepted. This is a permanent, full time position, wages based on experience and skill level. We are an established, well respected Orange County general contractor in business since 1994.We work with most of the large apartment community management firms. We cover all trades with a reputation for quality work at competitive prices. Jobsites are in Orange County and parts of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties. Further Details: Must have your own truck and hand and power tools with current valid driver's licence and auto insurance. Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of drywall, stucco and deck coating with own hand and power tools and good verbal communications. Duties: *Meets construction work standards by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving operational problems, identifying work process improvements. *Meets construction deadlines and stay within budget. *Able to read plans/blueprints. Give material lists. *Prevent fines and interruptions by complying with and enforcing codes. *Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with local regulations. *Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications; bench marking state-of-the-art practices. *Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
