    A professional services firm in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced, organized, and friendly customer service agent to join our growing team. The bilingual customer service agent will provide best in class service over the phone and using written communications using both English and Spanish. In this role you will answer questions, route standard inquires appropriately, provide product based information, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. Depending on the candidate, and although the position is intended for full time between the hours of 10am and 7pm, we also have interest in a part time scenario. This position will allow you to work from home after several weeks of in-person training.

    Requirements

    This position will transition to a work-from-home position and the candidate must be able to make this transition.

    ( All necessary equipment will be provided by the employer. Until the transition is in effect after the probationary period, the candidate must have reliable transportation.)

    Excellent bilingual communication skills: Being fluent in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with customers who may use either language.

    Strong active listening skills: Actively listening to customers helps you understand their needs and concerns accurately, leading to more effective problem-solving.

    Empathy and patience: Displaying empathy towards customers and being patient in addressing their concerns will help build positive relationships and customer satisfaction.

    Proficiency with basic computer software and phone systems: You'll be using various software applications and phone systems to manage customer interactions, so basic computer skills are necessary.
