We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of payroll processing principles and practices, as well as experience with payroll software and systems. This is a full-time position that offers room for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify employee timecards and other payroll data
• Calculate and process payroll on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate records and employee information
• Respond to employers inquiries regarding payroll-related matters
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software and systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
